Relay your design

Provide us with the specifications and quality requirements for your part. We’ll build a manufacturing plan for fully qualified and traceable parts.

Produce test batch of parts

We’ll produce a trial run of parts for you, and provide detailed metrology on final geometry. You measure and test the parts to ensure all requirements have been met.

Produce validation and verification lots

We’ll supply initial production lots (typically 100 to 1000 pieces) following the documented manufacturing process.

Begin part production

We’ll begin providing parts on your schedule and your desired quantity. No need for huge up front commitments–we’ll keep scaling as your product takes hold of the market!
